We want you there! Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned homeowner, we recommend that you be present for the inspection, because there is a wealth of knowledge that can be obtained by walking with our inspector and asking questions. Our inspectors conduct an interactive Home Inspection, progressing through the property with the client. The inspector will show you items that are unique to the house, provide you with valuable maintenance information, and will advise you of areas in need of immediate attention. All significant issues are pointed out, discussed in detail with the client, and documented in the report.

Inspections are conducted to exceed HomeTech America, ASHI® and New Jersey Sate standards. The Inspection Report, and a copy for the client's attorney are presented to the client at the conclusion of the inspection.

Our services do not end when we leave - clients are entitled to unlimited telephone and e-mail support after the inspection.
