HOME INSPECTION has been performing residential and light commercial
pre-purchase property inspections for over twenty years. We serve
all of the counties (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth,
Morris, Passaic, Sussex, Union) in Northern and Central New Jersey.
We have earned reputations for professional excellence and for being
a service-minded organization; and continuously strive to improve
those reputations. Our inspectors and office staff are continuously
educated in the latest inspection techniques, methods, and tools
and equipment. As a charter member of HomeTech America, we have
the additional resource of case studies covering over 150,000 home
inspections. This affiliation provides us with ongoing technical
updates regarding the Home Inspection industry, as well as the latest
developments in building construction procedures.
EBERT's
name has become synonymous with service, and we have many repeat
clients. Our service begins with the initial telephone call, continues
through the actual inspection, and we are always available for telephone
or e-mail consultation after the inspection. We conduct inspections
seven days a week, and maintain a highly flexible schedule, which
enables us to arrange for the inspection to satisfy your busy schedule.
Our entire staff, from the people you meet on the
telephone on the initial and subsequent calls, to the inspectors
who will work with you at the property understand and genuinely
care that you are making what will probably be the largest single
investment in your life, and we all work to ease your anxieties
while we protect your interest.
We
want you there! Whether you are a first-time home buyer or
a seasoned homeowner, we recommend that you be present for the inspection,
because there is a wealth of knowledge that can be obtained by walking
with our inspector and asking questions. Our inspectors conduct
an interactive Home Inspection, progressing through the property
with the client. The inspector will show you items that are unique
to the house, provide you with valuable maintenance information,
and will advise you of areas in need of immediate attention. All
significant issues are pointed out, discussed in detail with the
client, and documented in the report.
Inspections are conducted to exceed HomeTech America,
ASHI® and New Jersey Sate standards. The Inspection Report,
and a copy for the client's attorney are presented to the client
at the conclusion of the inspection.
Our services do not end when we leave - clients are
entitled to unlimited telephone and e-mail support after the inspection.
